Chapter 113 111. Seven!

Jan 07, 2026 1,413 words

Under the green shade of trees in a corner of the playground, several desks had been pushed together to form a small base.

A group of classmates gathered loosely around it, some standing, some sitting, chatting in small clusters of three or five.

An Han sat alone on the ground, propping his cheek with one hand, staring blankly at the playground ahead.

“Xiao Han!”

Long Xing had arrived at some point without anyone noticing. Holding a thermos, he squatted beside An Han with his legs spread wide. “Where’s Su Peng?”

“Still eating in the cafeteria, I guess.”

An Han lifted his brows and glanced at Long Xing, then immediately straightened up, tightening his expression and imitating Wang Yu’s icy demeanor.

I can’t act too casually in front of Long Xing. If this guy thinks any of my movements are cute or adorable, his affection level might go up again.

His nose twitched slightly as he carefully sniffed, but he didn’t catch any strange scent coming from Long Xing.

Good. For now, I can still get along with Long Xing safely.

Long Xing squatted beside him, fiddling with the handle of the thermos. After a long while, he finally asked, “Xiao Han, why do you want to move out and live off-campus?”

Because of you!

“Were you bullied in the dorm? Did Junjie pick on you? Or…”

Long Xing glanced at An Han’s slender figure, one that could still be described as graceful.

Or maybe he doesn’t want to expose his secret?

There were many doubts in Long Xing’s mind—An Han’s almost feminine body, those budding little buns on his chest, his increasingly natural, girlishly cute mannerisms…

But he didn’t dare ask, nor did he know where to begin.

“No, it’s just that renting a place outside would make it more convenient when I’m looking for an internship.”

An Han casually made up an excuse. Just then, the class monitor, An Kexin, suddenly walked over holding the attendance sheet.

“An Han!”

Because of alphabetical order, An Han was always the first name called during roll call.

“Here!” He raised his hand in response, while his thoughts began to wander—should he go back to the dorm and play games?

If he stayed on the playground, he’d definitely keep getting pestered by Su Peng and Long Xing.

If he went back to the dorm to game, even if Long Xing followed him, he could focus entirely on the game and avoid any interaction with him.

An Kexin quickly finished counting heads. Scanning the area, she didn’t see Su Peng, so she secretly checked his name off anyway.

After using her class monitor privilege, she raised her voice and said to everyone, “The counselor said we’ll take attendance every half hour. Anyone not present will be marked absent.”

An Han rubbed the bridge of his nose with a slight headache and stood up without hesitation, moving over to An Kexin.

“Um… I’ve got something to do later. When you take attendance, could you maybe…”

“No!” An Kexin shook her head with an all-business expression, but then immediately smiled and leaned close to An Han’s ear, whispering, “Where’s Su Peng?”

The warm breath brushing against his ear made it itch slightly. An Han took a step back, rubbing his earlobe as he replied, “In the cafeteria?”

“If you like him, then—”

“I don’t!” An Kexin immediately retorted.

The first time she said no, it was believable. But this reaction now was way too suspicious, wasn’t it?

If he weren’t trying to complete the task in reverse, An Han might have already given his spot in the three-legged race to An Kexin and let her compete with Su Peng.

“Help me check my name during roll call~”

“I know.” An Kexin lowered her head and reminded him softly, “Just don’t go telling people.”

Looks like this girl is a bit insecure inside—maybe she thinks her looks don’t match Su Peng’s handsomeness?

But Su Peng isn’t that handsome anyway… not as good-looking as Hu Ge~

An Han muttered to himself, nodded to show he understood, then after a brief pause added, “Oh right, be stricter with my roommates during roll call.”

“Your roommates?” An Kexin looked at the crowd in confusion. “Which ones?”

Now I can finally enjoy a whole day of solo time in the dorm~

An Kexin doesn’t even recognize my roommates, so there’s no way they can use any connections.

An Han happily headed toward the dorm building. There was no competition for him today—he just wanted to hide in the dorm and play on the computer all day.

……

Back in the dorm, An Han immediately sat down in front of the computer, lifted the screen, opened the game—then rested his cheek on his hand and stared blankly at the screen.

Su Peng’s remaining buffer was down to just seven points. No matter how he thought about it, it felt dangerous.

But if he didn’t want to keep becoming more feminine, he had to keep probing the system without pause. Even if he couldn’t find a way to break free from it, he at least needed to stop himself from being completely reshaped—body and mind—into that of a girl.

“Resistance feels so powerless~”

“And the one loophole I finally found got patched by the system.”

In An Han’s mind appeared the image of someone teasing a cat with a wand toy.

And he was that cat… leaping and scrambling, desperately trying to catch the wand, while that damn system held the stick, wearing a wicked grin as it toyed with him.

The game interface was already open on the screen, but An Han suddenly lost interest. His one-hand-on-cheek pose turned into both hands propping up his face as he leaned forward onto the desk.

His face actually felt pretty nice—soft and squishy, smooth and delicate, making one want to pinch it.

Too bad it’s my own face.

The dorm door opened. An Han instinctively turned his head, his body tensing up instantly.

“Su Peng? They’re doing roll call every half hour. Why are you back at the dorm?”

“I’ll just have An Kexin check my name.”

“……”

Why won’t you leave me alone?!

Su Peng strolled leisurely to An Han’s side and noticed that his little face was tightly drawn, looking unusually nervous.

But soon, faint sweet dimples appeared on both sides of that tense face. His crescent-shaped eyes curved softly, and his cherry-like lips parted slightly. “Wanna duo?”

Su Peng’s gaze was completely drawn to that youthful yet irresistibly charming smile.

【Su Peng’s affection toward you +1】

Again?! There are only seven points left!

An Han’s heart clenched, but he heard Su Peng ask, “Alright then, should I bring my computer over?”

“You should just stay in your dorm. We might have to go back to the playground at any time. Let’s just play as long as we can—no need to go through the trouble.”

“Back to the playground?”

“The counselor~ What if he personally comes to take attendance?”

Su Peng felt An Han made sense and turned to leave the room, but suddenly heard a reminder from behind.

“Oh, and be careful these next couple of days. Don’t fall or get into any accidents.”

An Han suddenly felt that the system might not necessarily target him directly.

Breaking his competition partner’s leg was also a possibility… that damn system was definitely capable of something like that.

Su Peng froze for a moment, clearly not understanding, but still nodded. “Alright, I’ll be careful.”

“Try to stay in the dorm and don’t go out!”

Seeing how serious An Han looked, Su Peng suddenly scratched his head, coming up with an absurd guess. “Are you being threatened by someone? I remember there’s a hotline at the school gate for anti-crime campaigns…”

“That’s not it… intuition! Yeah, my sixth sense is very accurate!”
