Chapter 212 209. Attending Class in Women’s Clothes

Jan 30, 2026 1,368 words

“Is that An Han?”
“Holy crap! She looks so pretty in women’s clothes!”
“Even changed her hairstyle~”
“I think I might be into men now!”
“You’re just horny.”
“I told you—if An Han wore women’s clothes, there’d be no place left for actual women!”

The moment one foot stepped through the classroom door, the room—which had been fairly quiet—was instantly bombarded by murmurs.

An Han froze at the entrance. After a brief pause, her level gaze immediately dropped to the floor. With her head lowered, she hurried inside—and because she was moving too fast, her crotch slammed straight into a tiered desk.

The pain made her suck in a sharp breath. She clutched herself and staggered back a step, then squatted down with trembling legs. Her face flushed red, a layer of moisture welling up in her eyes.

“So cute~ I wanna take her home!”
“Calm down!”
“Isn’t this better than those cross-dressers online?”

It seemed… there wasn’t any nasty gossip.

Instead, everyone sounded shocked—what she heard was almost all praise.

She could only be thankful that cross-dressing culture had become popular online recently, reducing people’s aversion to it.

Gritting her teeth, An Han endured the pain, propped herself up on the desk, and slowly shuffled over to sit beside Wang Sheng.

When she looked up, she saw Wang Sheng’s face burning red, too embarrassed to look at her.

She then turned her head toward the corridor window and saw her mother standing there with her sister, watching the chaotic scene inside.

Her heart instantly settled, and the initial panic gradually faded.

In most of her classmates’ eyes, An Han was still a guy. Now that she was wearing women’s clothes, she was simply being treated as a “cross-dressing guy.”

And she didn’t feel any malice.

“Hey, An Han, are you filming a video?” A male classmate behind her lowered his voice and asked curiously. “Like those videos about wearing women’s clothes to class and seeing how classmates react?”

“No.”

“Then did you lose at truth or dare?”

“Well… yeah. You’re pretty smart.” She turned back and smiled at him.

Feeling as though a goddess had looked his way, the classmate immediately panicked, hurriedly averting his gaze, his face flushed as he collapsed onto his desk.

For some reason, An Han wasn’t just exceptionally pretty—there was also a strange hint of allure in her eyes.

She had to admit that his reaction made her particularly pleased, like a prank had gone perfectly.

A faint smile tugged at her lips as she leaned toward Wang Sheng.

Wang Sheng’s face turned even redder. Scooting his chair away, he said, “Stay away from me… this isn’t good…”

“Pfft!” An Han laughed. “What’s with everyone acting like they’ve seen a ghost just because I’m wearing women’s clothes?”

“Because no one ever considered someone could be this perverted,” Chen Junjie said darkly.

“Looking for a beating?”

An Han then looked over at Long Xing, only to see the dorm’s big brother slumped over his desk in utter despair, muttering something under his breath and not looking at her at all.

“Brother Long?”

She was curious about his reaction.

But Long Xing just waved his hand without lifting his head. “Don’t mind me. Let me calm down.”

I should’ve just charged ahead without caring about gender…

He regretted it deeply, but there was no medicine for regret in this world.

An Han soon stopped paying attention to Long Xing. Her small head turned left and right as she observed her classmates’ reactions.

It was far better than she had imagined.

“Neither man nor woman—so disgusting.”

Occasionally, she could still hear unpleasant remarks…

Those words hit harder than she had expected, like an awl stabbing into her heart.

Just moments ago, she had been basking in her classmates’ amazed gazes, smug and pleased—but in an instant, her mood vanished. She looked toward the source of the voice and saw a group of classmates she wasn’t very familiar with, people she’d had almost no interaction with over the past two years.

Expressionless, she slumped over her desk, with no intention of pursuing the matter.

Class hadn’t started yet, and students were still trickling in. Though An Han lay on the desk acting indifferent, her ears were sharply perked up, listening to the sounds around her.

She really shouldn’t be caring this much…

The moment Su Peng entered the classroom, his gaze was drawn to An Han. He hurried over to her desk and asked softly, “Why are you wearing women’s clothes?”

“To let them get used to it in advance.” An Han raised her brows at him, then nudged Wang Sheng beside her with her shoulder. “Move over. Make space for Su Peng.”

Wang Sheng flusteredly motioned for Chen Junjie and Long Xing to stand up as well.

Once Su Peng sat down, An Han felt even more at ease.

“This is way too sudden,” Su Peng said, frowning as he surveyed the classroom. Then he suddenly noticed An Han’s family in the corridor. His body stiffened, and he whispered, “Your mom’s watching from there. I’ll go sit with my roommates.”

“If you sit straight and act right, what are you afraid of?”

The problem was—this wasn’t exactly sitting straight…

Su Peng’s expression stiffened. He still wanted to leave a good impression on his future mother-in-law.

“Oh right,” An Han said, taking out her phone, looking troubled. “My family and I are going traveling this weekend. Any places you’d recommend? The spots I know all have bad reviews online. Junjie and the others went before too—said they were boring and expensive.”

“Tourist spots, huh…” Su Peng scratched his head. “I haven’t really been to many. If you want to eat, you can find a market, buy stuff yourself, then have a nearby shop cook it for you.”

“As for fun… a water park?”

“I don’t like water. I can’t even swim.”

“Then the beach?”

“My hometown’s by the sea. I’m sick of it.”

An Han lay on the desk, her nose catching the scent coming from Su Peng. “Where do you locals usually go to have fun?”

“Usually…” Su Peng looked even more lost. “We don’t really go anywhere. Night market at night, Walmart or Wanda during the day?”

Having grown up locally, he suddenly couldn’t answer where was fun.

“Tourist attractions!” An Han gave up completely, grumbling unhappily. “Why are you so dumb?”

“I never went to local attractions growing up… or maybe I did, before they officially became attractions…”

Seeing her dissatisfied expression, Su Peng panicked a little, afraid she might speak badly of him in front of her future mother-in-law.

“How about this—this weekend I’ll drive you guys. You can go wherever you want. That way you don’t have to agonize over it and still not know where to go.”

An Han’s eyes lit up, but quickly dimmed again. “What if my mom figures it out? She said I’m not allowed to date for the next few years.”

“Aren’t we just ordinary friends?”

“……”

Su Peng teased, “So you don’t want Auntie to notice anything?”

“Stay away from me—don’t let the classmates misunderstand!” An Han pushed his approaching face away with her palm.

He didn’t stubbornly lean closer again, just said matter-of-factly, “It’s settled then. I’ll drive you this weekend. Saves you from overthinking and still not knowing where to go.”

An Han snorted through her nose and replied reluctantly, “Fine, then.”
