Chapter 202 200. Dream

Jan 17, 2026 1,464 words

The younger sister tugged at An Han’s short skirt, tilting up her innocent, romantic little face and asking curiously,

“Brother, brother, why are you wearing a skirt? I don’t even like wearing them.” “Bro, you’re so pretty~” “Why did you turn into a girl?” “Then should I call you sister from now on?”

Looking into his sister’s eyes, a powerful sense of shame surged up from the depths of An Han’s heart, crashing over her like a wave.

Her face grew hot and red, the heat intensifying as if her head had turned into a boiling kettle.

“No, I…”

She opened her mouth, only to realize she had no way to explain it to her sister at all.

“Sister~”

An Han suddenly jolted upright, clutching the blanket with both hands, staring around in panic and fear.

Light seeped faintly through the curtains. Golden sunlight barely filtered in, dimly illuminating the dark room.

Her face was still burning hot. Her lips were slightly parted as she breathed lightly, her mind flashing again and again with the image of her sister’s innocent, dreamy face from the dream, her ears still seeming to hear that crisp “sister.”

Too—too terrifying…

Why would I have to face something this shameful?!

Even the first time I went out in women’s clothes and ran into Long Xing wasn’t this terrifying!

“No, I can’t wear women’s clothes in front of my family!”

But the task had already been chosen…

Even if she had no intention of completing it, in the end she would still be forced to put on women’s clothes under various coincidences and unavoidable circumstances.

If only I’d chosen Task One—just refuse the family trip. That task was simple and the reward was generous.

Even if it led to other terrifying experiences, that would be a problem for the future. Unlike Task Two, which makes me face my family in women’s clothes.

In agony, An Han grabbed her head with both hands, burying her face into the blanket and letting out meaningless whimpering sounds.

The scene from the dream would probably really happen!

When that happens, my image in my sister’s heart will be completely ruined!

“Ahhh~”

After another cry of distress, An Han collapsed weakly onto the bed.

Aside from a rebellious phase in middle school, she had always been the obedient, sensible son in her mother’s eyes. Her grades had always been decent—not exactly a model child, but enough that her mother was generally satisfied.

However!

Now she had turned into a girl.

Who knows what kind of reaction her mother would have when she saw her.

With a sigh, An Han stretched a slender, snow-white arm out from under the blanket, fumbling on the bedside table for her phone.

Opening a shopping app, she expressionlessly searched for “women’s hoodies,” planning to put together an outfit that didn’t look too feminine.

After all, the system never required her to wear a skirt.

Women’s hoodies weren’t much different from men’s—at most, the colors and patterns were a bit cuter or prettier, and they were usually paired with jeans.

Women’s jeans were impossible for her current body. They were fitted and accentuated the hips, showing off her lower body curves all too clearly.

“Maybe wide-leg pants?”

“Even if it looks a bit strange with a hoodie, it’s better than wearing a skirt.”

Leaning against the headboard, An Han bent one leg and searched for women’s clothes that looked more masculine.

“This pair of pants seems okay… pretty loose. It doesn’t really make the butt stand out on the model.”

She muttered, unconsciously slipping a hand under her clothes to scratch her smooth, delicate belly.

“Even if it does show, the hoodie can cover it. I’ll just buy a hoodie one size bigger.”

Loose hoodie plus casual pants, then use a system item to disguise herself with a masculine look—this plan wasn’t bad. The only issue was that the system’s makeup item caused arousal as a side effect.

If she were at home, in a private environment, it would be fine to use. But traveling meant inevitably running into men, which would trigger the item’s side effects.

After adding the selected outfit to her cart, An Han didn’t check out, continuing to think about other ways to deal with the situation.

“Forget it, it’s still a few days away,” she muttered. “No need to rush.”

In reality, even if she appeared in front of her family wearing men’s clothes, she’d probably still be seen through—maybe even at a glance.

Changing into more neutral women’s clothes would only reduce the level of embarrassment in front of her family.

Being tugged by her sister and called “sister” while wearing pants was better than being tugged by the skirt and called “sister,” right?

With a lifeless sigh, An Han rubbed her eyes and got out of bed. She went into the cramped bathroom and looked at her messy hair in the mirror, casually raking it a few times with her fingers, then wetting them to press down the stray strands.

“My hair’s getting longer and longer.”

She’d have to get a haircut before seeing her family—otherwise her mother would definitely scold her over that messy nest of hair.

Though by then, her mother’s attention would probably be focused on her gender instead.

After washing up and using the toilet, An Han left the bathroom, put on her underwear and everyday men’s clothes, and slipped on those ugly gloves.

She’d slept for an hour at noon. Now it was time to go to class.

By the time she reached the classroom, the drowsiness from her nap had completely faded.

This time, An Han didn’t sit next to her dorm mates. Instead, she went over to Su Peng. After exchanging a look, Su Peng stood up and followed her to an empty corner to sit down.

“Your gloves,” Su Peng said, taking a pair wrapped in clear packaging out of his pocket.

“Don’t want them. I’ve got some already.”

An Han rested her face on her arms, her slightly chubby cheeks squished out of shape.

She didn’t care about her appearance and let out a sigh.

“Still worried about meeting your family?”

“No… I can’t do my major course final assignment,” An Han scratched her head. “I planned to work on it in bed at noon with my laptop, but I fell asleep.”

Su Peng put the gloves away and asked, “Want me to do it for you?”

“That’s exactly what I was waiting to hear~”

An Han nodded with satisfaction.

This kind of assignment, given early and allowed to be taken back to the dorm, was the easiest. If you lived in the dorm, just bring your laptop and a half-finished assignment, wander into a few other dorms, and it would basically get done.

She took out her phone and noted in her memo that this subject’s assignment had been taken over by Su Peng.

Su Peng leaned over to take a look. “Long Xing and Junjie are helping you too?”

“I paid each of them fifty. Wang Sheng’s better—he’s free.”

“Then what are you doing?”

“I still have two assignments of my own,” An Han tilted her head and blinked at Su Peng, her long, curled eyelashes fluttering like a fan.

Su Peng paused, instantly on guard. “What are you up to now?”

“Come shopping for clothes with me tonight?” An Han said with a smile. “Online orders take at least a day to arrive. If they don’t look good or the size is wrong, I won’t have time to buy again before my mom comes.”

“Better to go to a physical store,” Su Peng replied. “You can try things on.”

He accepted the suggestion without hesitation. “We can also get you some earmuffs.”

“Earmuffs?”

“Those fluffy ones that keep your ears warm.” He subconsciously reached out and pinched An Han’s earlobe. “Your ears are always red.”

The moment his fingers touched her ear, An Han’s upper body suddenly tilted to the side, pulling away from him.

Su Peng froze, his gaze falling on her flushed face.

“Don’t touch my ears,” An Han said. “I’m ticklish.”
