Chapter 325 322. Big Pig Trotter
Wednesday, the day before Su Peng’s birthday.
An Han was growing more and more nervous. Every time her eyes met Su Peng’s, her face would uncontrollably heat up.
She simply couldn’t imagine that scene...
Su Peng also noticed that An Han had been blushing far more often these past two days. It made him want to tease her a little more.
So he reached out and pinched her soft, tender cheek, smiling as he joked, “What are you thinking about? Your face is always this red.”
“I’m not thinking about anything...” An Han stepped back guiltily, not even daring to meet his gaze. “Su Peng, are you free tonight?”
“Tonight?”
Su Peng hadn’t expected An Han to be this proactive.
Combined with her flushed face, he began to suspect she might be planning something strange. Like that time he brought her late-night snacks and walked in to see her wearing that backless sweater.
Feeling drowsy, he yawned and nodded. “Sure.”
After all, he wasn’t the one who would suffer a loss. At worst, he’d just get an eyeful. Though not being able to actually release his pent-up feelings lately had left him feeling a bit frustrated.
“What did you do with him last night? Why are you so sleepy?” An Han’s cheeks cooled slightly as she muttered, “He didn’t take you to some club, did he?”
“We stayed up all night at an internet café. He even treated me to late-night snacks.”
After walking out of the teaching building, An Han quickly spotted Su Yichang standing not far away, waiting for Su Peng.
She couldn’t help glaring at him before quietly asking Su Peng,
“When is he leaving...?”
An Han felt as if her man was being taken away, and she felt a little jealous.
“The day after tomorrow, I think? He’s busy with work. He didn’t even have time to meet during the New Year,” Su Peng said, noticing the sour tone in her voice. He turned toward her slightly dissatisfied expression and explained, “He finally got some time off.”
“I know...”
Ever since Su Yichang arrived yesterday, Su Peng could only chat with her during class. Even replying to her messages online had become slower. He used to reply almost instantly, but now it took minutes—sometimes even half an hour.
She had grown used to sticking close to Su Peng, so even a little distance made her feel uncomfortable.
Watching Su Peng walk side by side with Su Yichang, she took a deep breath and suppressed her jealousy.
This shouldn’t be happening. She had never been clingy with anyone before—whether her parents or close relatives and friends.
So how did she become like this...
During winter break, she had already taken the initiative to go see Su Peng because they hadn’t met for so long. Now it had become even worse.
An Han realized that her personality had also changed quite a bit along with her gender.
She wasn’t as independent anymore. Subconsciously, she always wanted to rely on Su Peng.
“Su Peng, then I’ll head back by myself?”
…
It was past eight in the evening when Su Peng finally knocked on An Han’s door, carrying a faint smell of alcohol.
He felt a little nervous. After all, An Han had never allowed him to drink before, yet today he had drunk quite a bit with Su Yichang.
He wasn’t drunk, but the unpleasant smell of alcohol clung to him.
Soon, An Han opened the door and glanced at him expressionlessly. That look made him feel even more uneasy.
“I haven’t seen my cousin for a long time, so I just drank a tiny bit,” Su Peng said, pinching his thumb and index finger together to indicate a very small amount.
“I’m not blaming you.”
An Han turned and walked into the house, and Su Peng followed after taking off his shoes.
The house was spotless. The TV was playing the web drama An Han had been watching recently. A faint fragrance of perfume seemed to linger in the air, refreshing and pleasant.
Su Peng asked curiously, “Don’t you dislike perfume?”
“Do I?”
“I used perfume before on purpose, and you said it smelled bad.”
Only then did An Han remember that incident. Back then, she had actually liked the smell of Su Peng’s perfume—she was just being stubborn.
“I didn’t like that particular scent.”
She continued to insist, “Besides, men wearing perfume is too girly.”
“Men’s perfume…”
Su Peng plopped down beside An Han on the sofa, but suddenly noticed her shoulders stiffen slightly.
He didn’t understand why. The alcohol and last night’s sleeplessness had already muddled his brain. Yawning repeatedly, he leaned back against the sofa, his eyes half-open.
An Han still maintained a blank expression. She straightened her posture, lifted her proud chest, and stared straight at the television, waiting for Su Peng’s possessive and burning gaze.
Today she had deliberately dressed up in a short skirt. The fleece-lined tights kept her from feeling cold. On top, she wore a blue-and-white cropped sailor-style outfit that would reveal her flat belly with even the slightest large movement. She wasn’t wearing slippers; her black-stockinged feet stepped on the smooth, cold floor. After sitting down, she crossed her legs and gently swung them in the air.
When it came to men’s preferences, she had always known exactly how to handle them.
Unfortunately, the temperature was still a bit cold. Otherwise, thigh-high stockings creating that “absolute territory” would attract men’s attention even more.
But after waiting for a while, An Han still didn’t feel Su Peng’s gaze falling on her.
Could it be that Su Peng wasn’t into short skirts, stockings, and sailor uniforms?
That shouldn’t be possible. After knowing him for so many years, An Han understood him well—he was a leg lover, a foot lover, a big-breast lover, a long-hair lover. An inwardly lecherous pervert... Right now the only thing she lacked was a wig. Everything else matched perfectly.
In the end, she couldn’t hold back and turned to look at Su Peng in confusion.
“Asleep?!”
Su Peng had slumped sideways against the sofa armrest, his head hanging slightly. His breathing was steady and strong. At some point, he had already fallen asleep.
Embarrassment and anger instantly rushed to her head. She felt like slapping him twice just to wake him up.
I dressed up so carefully just to celebrate your birthday at midnight, and you didn’t even glance at me—you just fell asleep!
An Han shivered from the cold and pitifully put on the coat hanging nearby. She could only curl up alone, hugging her legs and sulking, looking like a puffed-up pufferfish.
“Big pig trotter...”
She muttered while burying her head in her arms, finally understanding why that phrase existed.
The first time she had seen that phrase, she felt a bit repulsed. But now she felt it suited Su Peng perfectly.
“Forget it. He stayed up all night after all.”
An Han sighed softly, wrapping herself in the coat before hurriedly running into the room to change into something warmer. Then she climbed straight into bed, her face full of dissatisfaction as she scrolled through her phone to pass the time.
Su Peng would probably sleep until morning.
Would the cake in the fridge go bad by tomorrow?
She had even bought fresh ingredients to cook dinner herself tonight.
That backless sweater was already hidden under the blanket, ready to be worn at any moment...
At least she wasn’t too worried about completely giving herself away now, because her period had arrived today. It was all bloody and messy—Su Peng probably wasn’t that heavy of a pervert.
She had finally mustered up the courage.
And yet Su Peng fell asleep!
So annoying!
“Ahhh!!!”
She wrapped herself completely inside the blanket in frustration.
“If he doesn’t wake up before two in the morning, then I’ll just let the system force the task to complete passively.”
